1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to AMMOLI JEWELS (operated by Ammoli Fine Jewellery Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, India). By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated policies.
2. Authentic Handloom & GI Tag Disclosures
All products listed as handloom, hand-block printed, or handcrafted are produced by registered artisan clusters under the Geographical Indication (GI) registry of India. Hand-spun yarn and natural vegetable dye variations are intrinsic characteristics of authentic craft.
3. Pricing, GST & Payment Gateway
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Online payments are processed through Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store raw card or UPI PIN credentials.
4. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in connection with orders or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
